Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re interested in international shipping, feel free to reach out to us.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Crunchy Munch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

  • Crunchy Munch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crunchy Munch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier claim.

Shipping to Warm Climates

Our products are shelf-stable; however, we recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery, especially in warm climates.
